Sustainability and responsibility

We think in generations, not in quarterly figures. We are committed to sustainability, not only in our services but also in how we work. We attach great importance to using resources responsibly while also being involved in social projects.

Environmental and energy management

Resource conservation

Since 2014, we have been pursuing an energy management system based on the ISO 50001 standard, which commits us to gradually optimising our energy consumption. Unavoidable residual emissions are offset with 100% Swiss resources in the Oberallmeindkorporation forest in Schwyz. We have assumed a pioneering role when it comes to protecting the environment. In recent years we have consistently aligned our operations with the requirements of ISO 14001 and structured all essential processes accordingly.

Together for the Future of Handball

As a family-owned company with strong regional roots, Naef GROUP is committed not only to sustainable building renovations but also to supporting local sports. We are proud to be a jersey sponsor of HC Lachen.

Handball promotes values such as teamwork, fair play, respect, discipline, and commitment—values that also define the way we work every day. Supporting young athletes is an investment in the future and an important contribution to strengthening our local community.

We are delighted to support HC Lachen and wish all players, coaches, and everyone involved with the club continued success, enjoyment, and many unforgettable moments both on and off the court.

Naef Group Racing

Naef GROUP supports Swiss Sim Racing

With two racing simulators in Naef GROUP branding, our company is proudly represented at the First Racing Lounge. These simulators are not only used by NaefGroup Racing but also serve as a venue for employee events. They give our employees the opportunity to experience the excitement of motorsport, compete with colleagues, and enjoy memorable moments together.

Another important part of our commitment is the sponsorship of NaefGroup Racing. The team competes in the Swiss Sim Racing Championship, the Swiss Endurance Series, and Racing Unleashed, where it has quickly established itself as one of Switzerland's leading sim racing teams.

We are especially proud of the team's victory in the Swiss Endurance Series, where NaefGroup Racing secured the championship title. This achievement is the result of passion, teamwork, dedication, and countless hours of practice.

Today, NaefGroup Racing consists of three teams and nine drivers. Together, they represent the values of the Naef GROUP both on and off the virtual track: commitment, precision, teamwork, and the ambition to keep improving.

We are proud to support this exciting project and look forward to many more challenges and successes with NaefGroup Racing.
