We think in generations, not in quarterly figures. We are committed to sustainability, not only in our services but also in how we work. We attach great importance to using resources responsibly while also being involved in social projects.
Environmental and energy management
Resource conservation
Since 2014, we have been pursuing an energy management system based on the ISO 50001 standard, which commits us to gradually optimising our energy consumption. Unavoidable residual emissions are offset with 100% Swiss resources in the Oberallmeindkorporation forest in Schwyz. We have assumed a pioneering role when it comes to protecting the environment.

The Naef GROUP provides apprenticeship
The Naef GROUP has been providing apprenticeship again since 2023. In August 2023, Jamie Wagner started his 3-year apprenticeship as a commercial employee EFZ. Joel Näf is supervised by ANROSAN quality manager, Haris Hasanbasic, in his current apprenticeship as a sanitary practitioner EBA, at our partner company “G&A Haustechnik”, and Ari Saqipi started his additional apprenticeship as a heating installer a few months ago. In the summer of 2024, our long-term employee, Jannik Paul, will also start the same additional apprenticeship.

We are committed to wrestling, something which has become increasingly popular in recent years. Whether it’s cantonal wrestling festivals or federal wrestling events, we are regularly there as a partner and as proud fans both of the sport and of Swiss customs as a whole.
Young regional football talent
In 2024, we greatly expanded our commitment to youth sports. We now sponsor 5 football clubs. FC Feusisberg-Schindellegi, FC Muotathal, FC Wollerau and FC Lachen-Altendorf in German-speaking Switzerland and FC Montreux and CS Ollon in French-speaking Switzerland will soon be wearing “Naef GROUP” jerseys.
