We think in generations, not in quarterly figures. We are committed to sustainability, not only in our services but also in how we work. We attach great importance to using resources responsibly while also being involved in social projects.
Environmental and energy management
Resource conservation
Since 2014, we have been pursuing an energy management system based on the ISO 50001 standard, which commits us to gradually optimising our energy consumption. Unavoidable residual emissions are offset with 100% Swiss resources in the Oberallmeindkorporation forest in Schwyz. We have assumed a pioneering role when it comes to protecting the environment.
The Naef GROUP offers vocational training
The Naef GROUP provides apprenticeship
The Naef GROUP has been providing apprenticeship again since 2023. In August 2023, Jamie Wagner started his 3-year apprenticeship as a commercial employee EFZ. Ari Saqipi completed his additional apprenticeship as a heating installer in August 2025. In the summer of 2024, our long-term employee, Jannik Paul, has started the same additional apprenticeship.
The popular Swiss wrestling sport of Schwingen
National sponsorship
We are committed supporters of Swiss wrestling (Schwingen). In recent years, this traditional sport has enjoyed growing popularity. Whether as a wreath partner at ESAF 2025 Glarnerland+, at cantonal wrestling festivals, or at federal Kranzschwingen events, we are regularly involved as a partner and proudly identify as fans of this sport and of Swiss traditions.
Young regional football talent
In 2024, we greatly expanded our commitment to youth sports. We now sponsor 5 football clubs. FC Feusisberg-Schindellegi, FC Muotathal, FC Wollerau and FC Lachen-Altendorf in German-speaking Switzerland and CS Ollon in French-speaking Switzerland will soon be wearing “Naef GROUP” jerseys. Girls and boys from junior levels F to B can benefit from our sponsorship. We wish everyone lots of fun and success.
