History
A Swiss success story
We have almost 80 highly motivated staff who take care of water-carrying pipe maintenance in buildings every day, upholding the highest standards of quality. We use our passion and inventiveness to research and develop everything to do with pipes – all in a real Swiss family business. We have always pursued one goal since 1985: renovating instead of replacing.

1985
First prospectus of Naef Beratungen AG
1985
Foundation of the first independent network engineering office for supply and disposal networks in the public sector.
1987
Machines and systems started to be designed and constructed in-house.
1987
Patent granted for LSE system for the interior renovation of pipes carrying drinking water in buildings.
1999
An early renovation using the HAT system. Compressed air hoses connected to the heating distributor.
1999
HAT-System – market launch for the first internal pipe renovation system for underfloor heating.
2011
Werner Näf, the inventor, started to work with pipe tube patterns.
2011
ANROSAN – market launch of the first fully mineral-based coating system for pipes carrying drinking water.
2013
Market launch of grinding technology
2013
Grinding in underfloor heating – market launch for Switzerland’s first use of grinding technology in underfloor heating. This clever system can subsequently turn any floor into a heater.
2014
We take protecting the environment seriously – especially with our motto: renovate not replace.
2014
Since 2014 we have been pursuing an energy management system based on the ISO 50001 standard. As a result, we have assumed a pioneering role when it comes to protecting the environment.
