We think in generations, not in quarterly figures. We are committed to sustainability, not only in our services but also in how we work. We attach great importance to using resources responsibly while also being involved in social projects.

Environment- and energy-management

Resource conservation

Since 2014, we have been pursuing an energy management system based on the ISO 50001 standard, which commits us to gradually optimising our energy consumption. Unavoidable residual emissions are offset with 100% Swiss resources in the Oberallmeindkorporation forest in Schwyz. We have assumed a pioneering role when it comes to protecting the environment. In addition, we have also been ISO 14001 certified since 2021. This comprehensive environmental management certificate continues our efforts from previous years.

Apprenticeship

The Naef GROUP provides apprenticeship

The Naef GROUP has been providing apprenticeship again since 2023. In August 2023, Jamie Wagner started his 3-year apprenticeship as a commercial employee EFZ. Joel Näf is supervised by ANROSAN quality manager, Haris Hasanbasic, in his current apprenticeship as a sanitary practitioner EBA, at our partner company “G&A Haustechnik”, and Ari Saqipi started his additional apprenticeship as a heating installer a few months ago. In the summer of 2024, our long-term employee, Jannik Paul, will also start the same additional apprenticeship.

National sponsorship

We are committed to wrestling, something which has become increasingly popular in recent years. Whether it’s cantonal wrestling festivals or federal wrestling events, we are regularly there as a partner and as proud fans both of the sport and of Swiss customs as a whole.

Plusport and Special Olympics

We are also happy to support people with disabilities. Through our commitment, we make sporting activities and competitions possible. We have been committed to this for many years and regularly support PluSport and Special Olympics Switzerland.

Viva Con Agua

Social projects

Viva con Agua is committed to access to clean drinking water, sanitation and hygiene. Clean drinking water is important to us. That’s why we’ve been supporting the association since this year. Viva con Agua pursues the vision that all people have access to clean drinking water, hygiene facilities and basic sanitary services. With the help of events and testimonials in the fields of music, art and sport, people are made aware of the topic and donations are generated. These then flow into projects such as the WASH project. This has already given 3 million people access to clean drinking water, sanitary facilities, hygiene facilities or training and education. We have a great privilege in our country. In most cases, when we open the tap at home, clean and tasty drinking water comes out. What we take for granted in Switzerland is unrivaled for people in many other countries around the world. That should change.
